I'm planning on transferring to the University of Michigan in Fall 2013. Assuming I'm accepted (I feel fairly confident about my chances), does anyone know if I'll be allowed to take the famous Honors Math sequence? I've already taken Calculus 1-3, but it was the cookie-cutter computation based type. As a math/computer science double major, I know I'd benefit a lot from taking the sequence if it was allowed.

So, does anyone know what Michigan's rules are on this?

Yes, and apparently you can even get credit for both the 115 through 216 series and the 295 through 396 series.

Also, I think if you talk to the adviser for CS, you may be allowed to skip EECS 203 by taking Math 396. You can definitely skip EECS 203 if you take Math 465. 203 is a pretty easy class but I figure if you’re a transfer student trying to double major you might want to save credits wherever you can.
