Can you transfer between UCs after your first year?

yes or no? and how difficult is it to transfer from one UC to different UC?

i've seen one guy do it after just one year. he was a 4.0 student his first year at ucsb and applied to be a visiting student at berkeley for fall semester of his second year. while he was at berkeley, he applied as a spring quarter transfer. wiht a gpa of 3.5 or higher, you shouldnt have any trouble transferring to other UCs.

I was looking at UCSD's transfer requirement and it says:
"Minimum 60 UC-transferable semester (90 quarter) units, completed by the end of spring term prior to fall admission."

Does that apply to all transfer students? is it even possible to complete 90 quarter units in one year? it seems so many.

when they say 90 quarter units they expect people to transfer after 2 years

But doesn't that apply to CC students who want to transfer into UCSD?
