I got all of my AP scores back and got 2 4's, 2 5's, and 1 2. Would it be better to cancel the 2 or leave it on my record when I submit my scores to colleges this fall?

Leave it. They'll know something's up anyways.

yeah, just leave it. i know its none of my business, but if i may ask what subject did you get the 2 in?? if you get it in something like english it's okay because you can still be exempted from freshmen comp classes if you submit and get a 5 on a Writiing portfolio with highlites of all your work through high-school. some of my friends got college credit that way.

I got the 2 in chemistry

Did you think you did better? If the 2 was a huge surprise, you might want to rescore. If that score seems right, then just leave it. Not having the AP on there will raise even more questions.

yeah, but the chem test is pretty difficult and is regarded as one of the hardest APs (which is why many colleges accept 3s). so don't fret about a 2, all that means is that you will have to take an intro class in chem in college.
