Can't register for CSE11

So I tried registering for CSE11 but WebReg won't allow me to. As a result, I registered for CSE8A/AL but UCSD informed me since my APCS A score satisfied the requirements for the class and the respective lab, the classes won't count toward my GPA/Credit requirements.

Do you need a 5? I got a 4.

This is what it says:

•You haven't satisfied either the test or course prerequisites. If you're a transfer student, or visiting Summer Session student, and completed the prerequisites at another institution, please contact the department offering the course to get permission to enroll.
Prerequisites may also be satisfied with qualifying test scores on the following exams:
AP-Computer Science A

Contact the department and ask. With a score of 4, you should be able to take CSE 11. I don’t know why the system isn’t letting you

Are you a CSE major? If so, you should have gotten an email with enrollment instructions. It says for CSE 11:

“Some of you want to take this class in the fall, great! If you want clearance for CSE 11, you need to send email to ugradinfo@cs.ucsd.edu. A score of 4 or 5 on the A exam is not required, but to get this waived you will need to send email to ugradinfo@cs.ucsd.edu. Include your personal identification number (A00-00-000) so we don’t have to search for it and delay your clearance!”
