<p>im almost finished with my unc appli (mainly the essay) so I was wondering if you guys can chance an OOS transfer (major Psychology)</p>
<p>my activities include alternative spring breaks (site leader) We have weekly site meetings bi weekly fundraising at the AAA stadium and fundraisers in the shape of bake sales and car washes (its alot of work since we have to raise about 10000 for 10 people to go to Philly and build homes with Habitat for humanity. </p>
<p>psi chi ( do alot there because r dues is in the form of points where we have to accrue so many in each category (fundraising..research..etc)</p>
<p>and my last thing is teaching internship..where i intern during the week at a high school and help with office things and then on saturdays from 7 to 4 I teach middle school students pre-Algebra and also do one on one tutoring</p>
<p>so let me also tell u I have a 3.56 gpa at fiu and wen i graduated from MDC i had a 3.75</p>
<p>even though high school stats dont matter as a junior transfer... I went to a dual enrollment high school and my high school gpa was about 4.3 and again my MDC gpa was 3.75 (graduated with my AA highest honors)</p>
<p>I will be getting a rec letter from my trig professor in which I received and A- from his class and maybe one from my internship from my boss</p>
<p>so wat do u think my chances r n wen do u think is the best time to send my appl via web..should I stick with the one rec letter or shoot for 2</p>
<p>My stats also got me into UF as a transfer (although no rec letter) and no essay (dont no if i can compare UF admissions to UNC..im probably just reaching)</p>
