It was a CASIO one. I really dont remember the model.

How can I contact you Caltech JPL … I want to talk to you about NTSE

Private message in CC. Wait, I will send you one… :)

“Will legacy in MIT and UMichigan Ann Arbor help me?”

MIT does not consider legacy.

Okay. Thank you @Falcon1

Hi CalTech JPL ^^ I’m a fellow applicant studying in Sardar Patel Vidyalaya in Delhi (and happen to know a LOT of people from your school because of FIITJEE --)
Anyhow, I just thought I’d remind you that anything you do before high school doesn’t really count - no one’s seemed to have mentioned that so far.
But other than your CGPA in 9th and 10th, your stats are great. All you have to do now write spectacular essays because those can make or break!
Anyhow I’d like to discuss stuff. Message me?

@webbgarissoniv did mention it. and yaa, you can use the message tool on CC to do so.

Haha, I can’t. I don’t have > 15 posts yet. So you’re going to have to message me.

Okay… I will do so.

your test scores are fabulous, you definitely have a shot.
i agree with truust though. just because you’re a match for the school doesn’t mean it’s a match for you. do a little more research on the individual ivies, they all have different strengths (:

best of luck!

Thank you @chicagowildcat. :)

I think you have a solid shot at any school you apply to! Everything on your application looks strong! But don’t apply to “all ivies” just because they are Ivy: each ivy is very different, and only apply to the ones you like. Please don’t be one of those people that only applies for prestige. Good luck though!

Thank you @picklechicken37. And no, I am not applying for prestige and as I mentioned before, I was in a hurry and mentioned all ivies instead of the ones I am really applying to. I really liked your advice as you are one of the few who doesnt want to go to a college for the prestige but for the love for the subject.
And good luck to you too.

Don’t worry , you will easily get into CalTech.

I really hope so @mak1702 but who knows…

Why should one apply ED to Universties? Any hooks?

Very good numbers, perhaps another sat2 could be useful?
I think ivy without HYP is around low reach, the rest is mid reach

@CaltechJPL You should apply ED to the university you like . It will demonstrate that you really want to study in that university. It will increase your chances by a large margin. But Remember ED is binding. All the Best…

Thank you guys
I would like more posts please. :D

If any person was to apply at CalTech, HYPSM and Cornell, Berkeley, and Ann Arbor…
One (that is me but without KVPY)
and
One with achievements in loads of olympiads like UCO, NCO, Aryabhatta, Manav Sthali etc. with an instrument but not professional and he/she is a great rubiks cube solver too…

Also, both have almost the same standardized test scores etc. BUT the other is an Indian citizen. Who do you think stands a better chance?

Chance both of us separately and let me know about this please… I am in a dilemma…
