CHANCE ME for NYU, Cornell, UCLA, UCB, MIT, etc. THEN I SWEAR CHANCE YOU BACK!!!!!!!!

First off, you have a good grade trend throughout your years which is a very good thing. Your SAT II scores are spectacular, a lot of extra-curriculars, very nice distinctions (you may want to elaborate on what they are exactly and how selective they are). I feel that I cannot say for certain which schools you can get into because of your SAT I scores though. Clearly English is your weakness. You may even want to write your essay explaining that. I’m looking at engineering schools as well, and I can tell you that some of the best engineering schools are
Ann Arbor
UC Berkley
Cornell
Columiba
MIT
CIT
As for JHU, it is famous for its medical program so unless you’re applying for biomed, there are other schools with better comp sci and math majors.

I’m going to be brutally honest, your English scores are terrible. You really need to bring those up. I would recommend getting private tutoring sessions to boost your English scores and take the SAT and/or ACT in the fall because even though you are clearly a math/science person, a bad English score will definitely drag you down. But if you can raise your English scores up to AT LEAST high 600s/low 30s, there is nothing stopping you from getting into a top school.

I just noticed that you lived in Korea until 9th grade. Definitely talk about your experience of moving to America to justify your low verbal scores.
