Berkeley: If you were instate, you’d be in for sure. But since your not, it’ll be tougher to get in. I’d say Match.
USC: Low Match/Safety, and good chance at a full ride scholarship, 1/2 tuition for sure (NMF)
University of Chicago: Hard to say, because of the emphasis they place on recs/essays. You said you’ll have good recs, which is great. Being a little on the crazy side will also help a ton here. They love quirky essays. I’d say you’re almost certainly in if you can write good essays.</p>
