<p>Your GPA is fine but Shirley is right–your ACT is a little on the low side. If you have good SAT subject scores, it may increase your chances.</p>

<p>I’d say if you get in, you will probably be admitted second choice or undeclared as well.</p>

<p>My older son applied last year for Environmental Analysis with a 4.12 weighted GPA and ACT of 25. He was denied and his major was not impacted. I give you a 25% chance. Now his younger brother has applied for Fall 2014 with a UC GPA (w) 3.73 and ACT 31 for Computer Science. I only give him a 25% chance for acceptance also. He has several backups just in case.</p>
