Chance me! What schools should I be looking at, Please!!

Okay so here goes:

SATs: 1820 from 9th grade January something like: CR 590, M 640, and Writing 590. I didnt prepare so I'm pretty confident I can get at least up to 2000 (and around 750 on my math, the mistakes I had were simple, and it was a matter of over-thinking).

Rank: top 1% (rank is done once a year and determined by the last school year so I only know my rank from the beginning of sophomore year which was 3/700, my first junior year report card will tell me what is is from sophomore year)

Class rigor: I definitely take the hardest classes my school has to offer, took physics b and calc ab as a sophomore etc. Probably going to take between 14-17 APs.

Scores so far:
Psych - 5
Calc ab - 5
Physics - 3

ECs:

-DNC 2012 internship (9-10th)
-Student Council (10-12),
-VP of the government of the clubs at my school (11th) and will be President my senior year
-Member of math honors society (10-12th)
-Service Club (10th grade I was a member, 11th-12th Ill be president)
-Freshmen Mentor (11th-12th)
-XC (11th-12th, I'm not very good but I run anyways)
-Internship with a local nonprofit (11th grade summer, I will come on as staff next summer)
-200 volunteer hours with the nonprofit ^^ involving the sorting, cleaning, wrapping and distributing of books to underprivileged children (next summer will probably have the same sort of outcome, so that looks like around 600 volunteer hours for my highschool career).
-volunteer weekly at an organization that aids families in need (by either giving them free clothing or helping to pay for bills and whatnot)
-20+ tutoring hours to kids in math
-This year I'll be eligible for the Presidential Award Gold Level (250+ volunteer hours)
-National Honors Society (11-12th)

more on my background: First generation, single parent household (my mom is a single mom), income around 90,000-100,000, black, female, interested in computer science (software engineering/programming).

You seem like you’d be competitive to a lot of top-tier schools. Do you think you want a large school, or a small school? West or East coast? Are you dead-set on computer science, or do enjoy other academic pursuits? Depending on your answer to the last question, you either want to be looking at medium to large schools such as Duke, Harvard, Stanford, or Northwestern, or you’ll want to look at smaller top schools, such as Amherst, Williams, Pomona, and Swarthmore. Also, I’m a Girl Scout too (graduated from high school this past June), and good luck with your Gold Award! :)

I’m sorry but I have to disagree with the above. until, you get atleast a 2100, you should not be considering those schools. Amherst can be considered with around a 1950-2000. Your gpa is probably great because of your class ranking, but as of now for engineering consider U of rochester, carnegie mellon, wpi, rpi, u of maryland, umass amherst, uconn, u of ohio as targets/ high targets/ low reaches. The ones above are all high reaches.

I assume your GPA is 4.0. You should be able to get a much higher SAT score than your current expectation. But without a real score, it is hard to make any suggestion.
