Chances as a transfer student?

45 credits at St. John's university, will have 63 by the end of this semester. GPA as it is now 3.6, but will be im guessing a 3.7 by semesters end as i basically have 6 A's coming. My first semester is lowering my GPA significantly and between my last two, I have a 3.75 with harder classes as well. I dont know how much my SATs will matter but i only have a 1190 on the reading+math, so im guessing that might screw me. Realistically what are my chances of acceptance? Is it even worth the 40 dollar fee? And what is the deadline to apply for Fall 09?

i think they only worry about your SATs if you have less than 30 credits. you should def try..no idea about app deadline though.

i've already applied and got accepted.
as long as you have more than 24 credits in college theyre not gonna look at your SATs nor high school gpa. my college gpa was 3.15 ish and i was in the honors college of an average state school. i've gotten into their harper(?) department as a biology major. so i think you will definitely get in if you apply (or maybe its a bit more competitive for their business majors, cuz thats what theyre known for). i also subitted my apps back in december, so i dont know if that played a part or not.. but you're def in the safe range.

but if you're gonna apply you better hurry, cuz i think their deadline for fall 09 transfers is either 3/1 or 3/15. i hope it is the latter.
