<p>I considered that before, but I found out that the two that I really hoped to get into (Harvard and MIT), had no early-decision programs, which means that even as an Early-Action applicant, I would gain no real advantage (besides knowing sooner).</p>
<p>I think my plan right now is to apply to most of my safety schools Early-Action, along with UChicago and MIT. This way, I will hear from them sooner, and if I get into any of them, I will have peace of mind before I send the regular-decision applications, knowing that I got into at least some schools.</p>
