<p>I don't think that he sounded arrogant in his post at all. I think that you misunderstood the whole thing and he was trying to be funny instead. What you saw as arrogance was merely a joke.</p>

<p>But I think you have a good shot at all the schools really. You're grades show an upward trend and that's something that colleges look for. Your EC's look pretty good and you have great SAT score. Just write a good essay and there's no reason why you shouldn't get into all of them.</p>

<p>I'm not Hispanic, I did however, finish all the material of 1-3 on my own and test out. I'm not denying that it will be tough though.</p>
