Great extracurriculars- lots of different choirs(founding member of one, director of 2 and vice president of another one)
You’re within range. Though, be warned, SOM is the most competitive school and tends to accept people with higher scores and GPA in the EA round. You’re about average so there is no clear prediction (I have a 31 ACT and I would think we’re in a similar boat since we both fall in the mid to high 50% ACT range). Though, to be fair, sometimes getting admitted is out of luck, as I’ve seen some people with lower stats get in. We can’t read the minds of college admissions officers, unfortunately. I seriously wonder what their mental process is during this time
My guess is an acceptance during the RD round. I think you should be mentally prepared to receive a deferral. Not the end of the world, just a longer wait…
I think you have a decent shot but being instate is a disadvantage.
