<p>Being out of state your odds are going to be tough but as far as Haas is concerned even a 4.0 isn’t secure enough. I’d say you’re about an average applicant for Haas and you have realistic chances of getting in. I hope your personal statements are amazing, your EC’s and GPA are good.</p>
<p>Also, I’m guessing you’re an Econ major at UMich, you don’t like it there? It’s a great Econ department</p>
<p>I think you’ll get in because you have great work/internship experience. Just make sure you show you have a passion for business in your personal statement and back it up with your experience.</p>
<p>No, you are definitely a longshot. I know UCB is accepting more OOSers, but Haas is hard to get into. A 3.8 is competitive enough in general, but probably not from coming from another university OOS. </p>
<p>You could get in, but being realistic, I wouldn’t say it’s likely.</p>
