Chances for Uberk, Stanford, Wash U, & Duke

I'm just a sophomore right now so it might be kind of early for me to post this but I was curious if I was on track or not for my dream schools. My GPA is kinda low though, don't know if its good enough.

Courses:
- No AP's avaliable freshman year, but pretty much the hardest curriculum possible for my grade
- Also skipped Geometry in the summer of 8th grade and planning to skip Physics and go directly to AP Physics this summer
GPA:
9th - 3.83 (ugh)
(Current) 10th - 3.83 UW, 4.28 W
The B I got was in Honors precalc and AP euro 1st semester, im hoping to get a 4.0 2nd semester
SAT: One I took in freshman year was 1950, but I lately took a practice PSAT in december and got 221 so im hoping to get maybe 2100-2200 this year on the SATs, and eventually higher in future years.

Haven't taken any AP/SATII yet so no word on that yet but I'm planning to take AP Chinese(independent study), AP Euro, SATII Chem, and SATII Math this year

EC:
- Class Treasurer for 2 years
- President of SADD
- Member of HOSA
- Take classes at a local community college (sociology and psych courses, getting As and Bs)
- Vice President of Enviormental Club (2 years)
- Secretary of a Bicycling club
- 100+ hour volunteer @ hospital
- Run Track and XC (pretty decent), hope to get into varisty by senior year
- Very interested in solar energy tech, I'm going to be interning at a solar panel company this summer out of state
- Make videos teaching English and American Culture to people living in China (There's a story behind this, my family in China is really poor and on a recent trip to China the people that I met were telling me about how they wish they could come to America to have a better life, thats how I got inspired to make these.)
- Started an E-Mentor program @ my school, 2 elem schools involved so far I'm trying to get more involved

Sorry If I wrote a lot, I'd like to get feedback for my chances @ my dream schools :). Is my GPA good enough? What about my ECs? Thank god I'm just a sophomore right now.

Oh yeah and I'm Asian T_T, I swear I don't act like one though if that makes sense lol

UCB tends to be all over the place; I’d like to say you’re in, but In-state applicants get preference and their admissions to me just seems too unorganized (look at graduated seniors thread) - but, high match/match - just keep what I said in mind.
Wash U- match/high match - express interest in their school with your essays and/or visiting
Duke - reach; depends on income, how much FA you apply for, etc.; you seem on the right track for the stats you’ve posted though
Stanford - depends what you’re applying for, but high reach

your app is all over the place, try concentrating on what you intend to major
don’t worry really, you’re only a sophomore- junior year my app completely changed and I figured out my intended major

try finding a major that encompasses all your ECs (don’t do ECs for college), you’ll find something…eventually

Berkeley: High Match
Wash U: Low Reach (shoot for top 10% class rank and 2100+ SAT to be competitive)
Duke: Low Reach
Stanford: Reach

You have a strong foundation for these schools, though it is tough to say without knowing your actual SAT scores. You have plenty of time to work on the GPA and develop a breadth and depth of ECs. Keep up the good work.
