Since UT Austin admission is based on rank, your school has to rank in some way, if only to state that this and this students are Top 7% and thus automatically admitted to the university (if not to the major).
If you’re not top 7%, it’s very difficult to get in, but you have a very strong application. Do include overcoming learning disability and single parent home.
However this would likely get more play at a smaller college where they have time to comb through applications and use the holistic approach.
Would you be able to go out of state? What kind of school would you like - large lecture halls and bigger football games or interactive classes where your professors know you by name and invite you to do research with them? Religious, secular, don’t mind? Liberal, conservative? For what major?

Your ACT composite is almost in the 75th percentile, and your GPA is high too so looking at purely numbers (which a large school like UT will tend to do) you’re looking great. To be honest you look like a good match for UT- you’re in good shape.

UT- Match, chance back please!

Your GPA is fairly solid for UT Austin and you have fairly good ECs. I think you should be fine in getting in.
