Chances of being accepted?

Hey guys can you chance me for the following universities:
Duke, Case Western, Johns Hopkins, Upenn, Drexel, Cornell, Rutgers
I want to be a pre med student so if you guys could recommend colleges that would be nice too.
Here are my stats:
UW GPA: 3.7 <---- might be able to bring it up to a 3.75-3.8 by the end of the year.
Class Rigor: No honors classes as a freshmen. 3 honors classes as a sophomore. 4 honors classes and 2 AP classes as a junior. BTW junior year is the first year we're allowed to take AP classes. 5 AP classes as a senior.
SAT score: 1940 first time with no study. 2270 second time. Hoping to get a 2300+ third time around.
ACT score: 33 composite.
SAT II: Bio:660 first time after soph year. Debating if I should take it again or not .
US History: 800
Math 2: 800
EC's: I'm very weak here
3 years of track as a sprinter.
2 years of Mu Alpha Theta
2 years in Pre Med Club
1 year in Key Club
Volunteer work: started junior year
40 hours at CareOne
25 hours tutoring in Math
15 hours tutoring in Science

One really bad thing though: I got suspended from school for two days as a freshmen for stealing earphones. Please don't berate me for this. As a freshmen I could not have cared less about my future but I matured as high school went on. I do regret doing this and I apologized the person I stole the earphones from and he and I are now good friends. I really hope this won't bring me down in colleges' eyes.

And also my academics have been on an upward trend since freshmen year.

And also I am an Indian boy who lives in NJ. My parents went to college in India.

Duke: Reach
Case Western: High Match (I heard there were 50% more applicants in this year’s EA than last year’s, so it might be more competitive)
Johns Hopkins: Low Reach
Upenn: Reach
Drexel: Match
Cornell: Reach
Rutgers: Idk, but I’m guessing a match

Well your test scores are definitely good as well as your GPA. Your ECs aren’t as bad as you think, either. I’d say Rutgers and Drexel are safeties (you’ll almost definitely get in), Case Western is a match. Hopkins and Cornell are low reaches and Duke and Penn are reaches (they are for everyone though.) There is a section on the Common App where you must report any school suspensions, so you will have to report that. How it will effect your odds, I cannot say. Best of luck!

Duke: reach
Case Western: match
Johns Hopkins: reach
UPenn: reach
Drexel: match
Cornell: reach
Rutgers: safety

Thanks guys! bump

Buuumpppppppppp

Bump bump bump
