Not very many APs being offered, but I am taking 1 this year (English). I will take more next year. I am also taking one dual credit class (Accepted - most in state schools.) Other classes are honors unless they are not offered as honors, dual, or AP.

You have a range of schools: UT Austin, USC, UCSD, Military Academies, Stanford, John's Hopkins, and a range of possible majors: Engineering: (Biomed, Mech or General), Nursing or PT.
You have been given good advice on the other forums, especially from Candidatemom on the USNA site. USMA admissions rely on the "whole candidate score". Without any athletics you would be trying to get into the academy on the strength of your academic and leadership abilities. Have a look at previous posts.

As a rising junior you still have time to work on the areas that will help your application. A high PSAT score will help you get accepted to the Summer Leaders Seminar next summer. This experience will certainly help you decide if the academy lifestyle is for you. You also need to look past the academy and decide if being a commissioned officer in the US Military is your ultimate goal. Good luck!

you show that you have good leadership through boy scouts and coordinators and things like that. But like Ann said you have no sports which is going to hurt your "canidate score." also i would try to bring up your GPA and SAT scores to have a competitive academical profile.

if you're really interested in a military academy, this year get involved in a community service club, and try to get elected to a leadership position for senior year. also join a school sports team if theres a team you might be able to make. you can also do athletics outside of school. as an example, I joined Interact my soph year, was a board member junior year, and am VP senior year. I played badminton at school and then started taking muay thai (kickboxing) classes outside of school. it definitely will make you a more rounded candidate. they might look at your application and ask "why would he want to come here if he obviously doesn't like sports?" isnt the % of west point students that had highschool varsity lettering like... 95?
