Chances of being admitted to Ivy Schools

I am currently going to be a sophomore at Indiana University studying Accounting/Finance this fall. My freshman year I was a Computer Engineering major at the University of Minnesota while a member of the Navy ROTC. I am hopeful I can transfer to an Ivy League school my junior year of college.

High School GPA: 3.82 (several AP and honors classes)
ECs: Varisty Soccer (3 years) Captain, Robotics Team, National Honor Society, multiple part-time jobs, and multiple volunteering work.
ACT Composite: 30
Minnesota GPA (17 credits 1st semester) : 3.61
Minnesota GPA (20 credits 2nd semester): 3.30
ECs: Navy ROTC (5th in class of 40+), Indianapolis Power and Light Software Engineering Intern

I am projecting I will be able to maintain a near 4.0GPA at Indiana University with my work ethic, past college experience, and I am also looking to join a fraternity and hold a position of office within the fraternity.

What are my chances of being admitted to Harvard, Stanford, Yale, UPenn, etc.? Be as honest as possible, I'm not afraid of being told I won't get in.

Transfer rates to Stanford and Harvard is <1.9%…almost impossible…unless you are one of the nation’s top athletes:
