Which two years are you referring to? Usually your UC GPA will be higher than your GPA. In any event, your SAT and ACT are remarkably high, so in state you're very likely going to be a match despite your GPA.

the 3.3 is my UC gpa
my school gpa is about a 3.5

I got into UCSB with a 3.4 UC GPA and a 1980 SAT score. So you might be able to get in.

Every year its becoming more competitive and therefore expectations are higher but your SAT scores might just open your doors.
