Chances? Opinions?

Hello,

I am currently in 8th grade, applying for 9th grade at several schools.

I found out about boarding schools with limited time compared to others. Because of this, I have had limited amount of time to prepare for the SSAT and limited time to write the essays for the schools.

I was not satisfied with my 76% percentile. I am applying to Andover, St Paul's, Deerfield, and Exeter.

I was not able to revise the essay. After I finally turned the essays in, I noticed that there were many grammatical mistakes that I could have fixed, but I know that my ideas were strong and I got my point across.

I have been doing great in a school with a rigorous curriculum and the interviews went great.

Should I be worried? On a scale of 1-10, what does my chance for the schools I've applied to look like?

Any opinions would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

You’re worrying, just like the whole bunch of us! :D

Wait until March 10 and see - even if you’re not accepted, you can apply again next year, this time better prepared. If you do, try branching out to schools with higher admit rates. Many of them are just as incredible as HADES ;-).

Good luck! :-)
