I was recently rejected from Stanford EA, and I was wondering about my chances of getting into Duke.

I have a 4.00 GPA unweighted and 4.45 weighted.
I'm number 3 in my class of about 500.
SAT Scores 800 Math, 760 Reading, 750 Writing.
SATII Scores 800 Math II, 800 Chem, 790 Bio.
ACT: 36 Math, 36 Science, 33 Writing w/ 7 on the essay, 35 Reading (35 composite)
My curriculum is pretty hard I guess. I've taken 11 AP so far (with 5's on 10 of the exams) and am taking 7 this year. I'm a National AP Scholar, and I just got the Siemen's Award.
I'm a National Merit Semi finalist, PSAT = 232.
I run Track and Cross Country, but I didn't win any awards.
I'm president of National Honor Society.
I have over 500 hours of community service total.
I'm in clubs like mathlete and quizbowl.
I play A LOT of Ultimate Frisbee. I'm co-captain of the school's ultimate club.

Yeah, Stanford has a pretty ridiculous admissions system. Last year, we had a girl who got in because her dad went there and she has Native American heritage..... I know it's important to increase racial diversity. But it doesn't seem very fair because her grades aren't that good. Anyways, your numbers look great (standardized test scores, GPA). Make sure your EC's are strong and essays are excellent. Also, you need to bring out a quality that makes you stand out in the crowd. Best of luck~

Your grades and scores are good enough for any college in the country. Maybe you should take a look at the rest of your application - essays, etc. - and make sure they give a clear picture of who you are and are as strong as your academic qualifications.

oh and by the way, do you know how i could contact duke to make a change on my application?
On my common app, which was so confusing, on the activities part, it asked for the number of hours per week and weeks per year that I do an activity. I wrote in hours based on what I'm planning to do, but haven't done yet. I do 2 full weeks of volunteering every summer at a Camp since 10th grade, and obviously 12th grade summer haven't come up yet, but I counted in my application. Show I even bother to change that? Will they understand?
