SAT: Getting scores April first. Could be anywhere between 1800-2100.

I am worried, will having just one AP this year hurt my chances?

You look very good, if your SAT scores are good then you are in!

You have a 4.0 unweighted? That means you’ve never gotten anything less than an A, doesn’t it? Either way, with a 4.5 you have nothing to worry about. My gf got in last year with apx. a 4.4, and probably a 3.7 unweighted. No extracurriculars until senior year. 28 ACT and dual enrollment.

You’ll definitely get in with your statistics. Make sure you write strong essays and apply early. If your test score is lower than you’re comfortable with, UF superscores the tests so be sure to retake it.

Stats look great. I guess the only thing that concerns me applying late. I’m sure the standards are much higher for those not meeting the November application date.

Apply early? Okay. Oh, and the honors program. If I end up meeting the requirements, then what is the acceptance rate?

Sorry, I was thinking you were a senior this year.

They don’t list acceptance rates for the honors program but I know you have to write two separate essays for it.
I’d take more APs next year. I had one AP junior year and 4 this year. It’s not bad…just all time management [just my opinion though].
Also, if you’d like to get accepted for the Fall it’s pertinent you take those APs and get decent test scores (>88th%ile to assure you’re in). Coupled with a 4.4+ GPA you should be good. :)
