<p>Ok, I am really freaking out. UW Madison is my safety school as well as one of the more affordable schools I applied to. I applied on SEPTEMBER 28th and have still not heard. Don't know if I'm considered an International applicant but I do live outside the US. My application status is still marked as 'initiated' even though I have faxed them EVERYTHING on the missing items list TWICE. I called last week and the woman who answered the phone didn't seem to have a clue what was going on, knew even less than I did about the admissions process and told me that I was 'on the right track and not to worry, I've done everything I can'. I am really nervous. Should I call again? Shouldn't I have heard by now if I applied in September? HELP.</p>
