Choosing residences and campus areas in Boston U

<p>Hi,I’m going to Boston U this fall,and I am completing my Housing Interests Survey.I have read the introductions of these three areas,but I thought they are all so nice that I cannot decide…
Now I was wondering which one is the quietest, and closest to the library and has the most space for study…
BTW,I’m in the College of Arts and Sciences

<p>I guess some of the Brownstones are pretty close to the library, but some have very thin walls. If you’re looking for quiet, I would suggest Hojo. It has two big study lounges on the 8th floor. I wouldn’t suggest Warren for quiet. It’s a very social dorm. I think Towers would be quieter. Towers and Warren do have places to study, though. If your room feels too loud. But Towers, Hojo, and Warren are about the same distance from the library with Warren being the closest out of the three.</p>

<p>It’s not easy to get into Towers as a freshman. If you want really quiet, you can not list any big dorm and thus hope you get put in one of the buildings toward Danielsen. One of my kids lived in a building on Kenmore Square - don’t remember the address but it has columns and is next to the MIT frat, Chabad House and the tanning salon - that was ridiculously quiet and was a mix of years.
