tomorrow 10char

im on west coast and havent received anything…
Will someone chance me on whether i will get in?
Here are some quick facts: 2210 SAT, 4.2 weighted gpa, i attend a jesuit school, lots of EC including theater which is about 20 hours a week. over 100 hours of comm service. other stuff like that.

oh sorry and to add to the above, i was accepted into Michigan and Loyola Marymount University a few days ago. deferred at Tulane :(

I applied to the school of arts and science. i have a 4.56 gpa. I’ve take AP US History(, AP Language and Composition, AP Art History and AP Biology, scoring 4 on all exams. This year im taking ap spanish, ap ab calculus, ap government and ap literature.

I got a 2020 on the sats: 660 cr, 650 math, 710 writing.
Im also int he top 10 percent of my high school (highest decile).
what are my chances in getting into bc early action?!?!?!?!

Wow! So you’ll know if you get in based on the size of the envelope. Congrats on getting in. I hope I get a big envelope.

I’m from Bedford, a suburb of Boston. I recieved my acceptance letter yesterday from BC. I have a 3.4 (4.0 scale) unweighted gpa, have never taken an AP class, have taken a couple honors classes, and got a 2 on the only AP test I’ve ever taken (music theory). I’m not entirely sure how I got in, it was a huge reach, but they must really care about extra-curriculars and legacy. This is honestly a miracle, but I hope it gives hope to others out there for whom BC is a reach. Can’t wait to attend!

See, I live 15 miles away from BC- like SUPER close and I didn’t receive anything…a girl who lives a few blocks from me got her’s…so now I’m freaking out. Wish i could stay home and wait for the mail but my mother wont let me.

Wow that’s great. My gpa is a 90 (on a scale of 100) and I got a 2000 on the SAT. My school does not rank, they send out a grade distribution chart. I’ve taken 5 AP courses throughout highschool and all of my other classes are honors/ 1 is accelerated. My ECs include club swimming 18/hours a week, captain of my school’s varsity swim team, president of the young republicans club, volunteer at a nearby hospital, named an AP scholar and swimming conference all-star Junior year. Also a member of the Spanish National Honor Society and a two time silver medalist on the National Spanish Exam. Freshman year I was my homeroom’s campus ministry rep and the class of 2012 diversity rep.

Hooks: I am a duel citizen and speak Italain fluently (I had 2 first languages). I was baptized at St. Peters Basilica in the Vatican and I wrote my essay about how different parts of my religion and personality come from both my Italian and American roots. I am a legacy (mother graduated from BC). The BC swim coach said he had some pull and could help in admissions but I do not know how much help I am really receiving. I also had a close friend of the athletic director write a rec for me and a BC swimming album called the coach for me.

BC is by far my first choice so I’m waiting patiently for my letter! Hope its a big envelope…

Daughter received in mail today (Monday). We live on Long Island. It’s a big envelope. I think it means acceptance, but I’m not allowed to open. Does anybody know for sure what big envelope means?

It means acceptance

any idea about colorado?
