If you do ED I think you can do EA to other places? Not sure.

^ You can, as long as the EA schools are non-binding

EA: MIT, Caltech, UCB, UCLA

RD: HYPS, University of Wisconsin-Madison

Possible: UNC Chapel Hill, UPenn, University of Virginia

^ Berkeley and UCLA don’t have EA

Wake Forest
UPenn
UofI
University of Miami at Ohio
Northwestern
Duke
UMich

Whaaaaaat?! Princeton has SCEA? Since when ._.
I visited a little over a week ago, and the admissions officer said there was only one date to remember: RD deadline 1/1

Since a few days ago. Princeton and harvard

I’m applying ED to Brown PLME.

If I get in, I’m done (:

If not… I’ll apply to:
NYU, Emory, Rice, University of Georgia, GATech, & Stanford, and Harvard just to see [;

I hope they give you good FA. that’s why I was worried about doing ED so i decided against it, to have more options.

Those of you with really long lists… try to narrow. Application fees can add up very quickly. For three schools I spent over $100.

And we have to send scores if we don’t have a hardcopy

Tentative List:
Stanford University
Harvard University
Rice University
Duke University
Emory University
Vanderbilt University
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
Georgia Institute of Technology

I’m not very familiar with SCEA. Does it have any admission advantages and will it allow you to receive FA?

BUT THAT’S AWESOME! I might apply Princeton SCEA, because that might be my only shot at the school…

Gah. Alright, list had changed.

EA:
Loyola Marymount, Auburn, Chapman

RD:
Vanderbilt, USC, Stanford, CSU LB

I was gonna apply to Stanford REA, but I really want them to see my first semester/quarter/whatever senior grades. I probably won’t stand a chance lol but the worst that could happen is rejection

my apps will prob cost 1000

Ok. Since the new announcement of Princeton SCEA, I’m applying SCEA Princeton.
If I get good vibes from the rowing coach, that is.
Until then, the list still stands (with some removals):
Princeton
USNA
Georgetown
UWashington

Maybe:
Dartmouth
UPenn
Columbia
Stanford

I may add some more safeties after I do some more research.

Alright. Final list.

EA:
Notre Dame, Loyola Marymount, Auburn, Chapman

RD:
Vanderbilt, USC, Stanford, CSU Long Beach

LaTina would be proud of you. :)

OMG 1000- is it really worth it? Maybe if you visited your schools narrow down a bit? I just say this because there’s score sending, plus tuition/etc. wherever you go.

ilovemybacklab-- i was just enlightened that many of them wave for online applications, so that’s good!!!

FINAL (ish) list :D

EA
Northeastern
Rutgers
Umass
MIT

EE
Wellesley

RD
Yale
Smith
RPI (maybe)
Boston U
Tufts

^ What is EE?
