@ameetbh123 thanks man for idea about GPA.
And yeah i do wanted to know vividly about the common application too. Any idea guys?

USEF will organize a Common app info session lately. You can attend it and know everything about how it is used…

Happy friendship day to all

Did you went there ameeth123? Well I went there and I go to almost every sessions.
Do you come to the library often?

Ya I also attend almost all the sessions but I don’t visit library often…Once a week maybe…I have collected almost all the resources at home, that’s why!! :)

First of all Happy Friendship day to you all
Zoras10 and ameetbh123 I rarely visit USEF. Since the library is usually pack over there, I prefer to study at home rather and unfortunately I always miss out the events
So can you guys share me some of your soft copies of the SAT and TOEFL if possible ? :)

Yeah ! i too have enough resources at home but there is a bad habit of mine that I never get motivated to study until I have no option than to study and that is going there at USEF :D

@blacknwhite12 you can watch the get inspired sessions on YouTube as well as the Facebook page of usef. If you want to know about the upcoming events try looking at their website, they are updated time to time.
Some of the soft copies link has been provided earlier in the thread and i suggest you to join the group “Cracking the admission process” in Facebook",you will get more resources and suggestions over there.

Yeah it would have been better to study there but I never get there on time So am planning to shift my room to somewhere around USEF:) …

Ameetbhl123 … bro don’t shift the room … shift ur stuffs and good luck with the common app :)

@ameetbh123 The A/C is also working well. Where are you from,if not Kathmandu?

Hey guys do you have any online resources or pdfs on essay writing
I can’t seem to find any resources in TPB and other than few samples of Harvard essays

So … Starting early is good. Don’t forget the ED. Before Applying to any universities for ED make sure you go to international students > financial aid and look whether or not they provide adequate financial aid to EDiers. Most of the universities recommend international students to apply regular if they need financial aid.

Have fun and stay safe. May god bless you with your dream college. :)

@Zoras10 yeah bro those links wore of SAT. Do you have any software for TOEFL as well? I am in desperate need of it.

@adayin ED?? what’s that ?

@blacknwhite12 ED (Early decision) is the early and most favorable admission process for int’l students. I am quite surprised that you don’t know about it… you better get to USEF if you don’t want to panic at the last minute…

Can anyone provide me a list of national universities (Not LACs) that are generous about aid to international student even when applying early decision?

Hey, I am planning to ED williams…

i will be double majoring in Chemistry and Mathematics.

is there any disadvantage of taking IELTS over TOEFL

TOEFL is much about American English and it tests quality and sensible using of English but IELTS is more inclined to British or European English and its all about communication ability. I personally feel TOEFL is much sensible testing for us(bachelor students) in contrast to IELTS. So I prefer TOEFL to IELTS but its all about personal preference. IELTS is easier but TOEFL shows your true english fluency …

Hello guys…
Recently I have been told by many friends to take the ACT rather than SAT. Is ACT equally accepted by Universities as SAT ? Or SAT is the first priority ?
