Classes I need for my major isn't offered at the quarter it is listed to be

<p>I am a Japanese major, trying to follow the high proficiency track to graduate in 2 years.
After checking the Japanese department curriculum as followed:

<p>I found out that Japanese 181 isn't offered this coming winter quarter and as I checked last years class catalog, Japanese 181 was there for winter last year but Japanese 183 wasn't offered at all last year. Both of these two classes are needed for me to graduate. If they aren't offering these two classes, how am I going to graduate? </p>

<p>because I posted this on a sat night/sunday, I thought I might be able to get an answer from someone who would know before I got to speak to an advisor today.</p>
