Florida has had some tough schedules in the past (strong schedule was really why they were picked over USC last year)

In fact their schedule isn’t so bad this year with @ LSU and Georgia, but that’s putting a lot on LSU and Georgia to live up to their preseason ranking.

“I fail to see how that in any way affects the performance of athletes on the field. Or even the refs.”
A lot of these athletes probably wouldn’t have gone to USC if they didn’t give them a bunch of free stuff.

So rewarding athletes for their performance is now cheating? Remind me to never take a test that you proctor, if I do too well then I’m sure you’ll find some way to throw out my grade.

Cheating is defined as breaking the rules. If no rules are broken, then it’s not cheating. Please, if you must continue these accusations of cheating, please provide the text and reference to the rule(s) that are being broken.

In other news, that was an ugly game that oregon played last night, and an uglier end.

I’d say Boise State should challenge USC for a regular season game instead of the weak Oregon (and some espn ‘expert’ were predicting Oregon a BCS team)

Oregon was clearly overrated to begin with. It’s impossible to be successful in college football when you lose as much as they did on the offensive line.

Please provide the text of the relevant rule then, as well as evidence that USC has broken this rule. I’m sure that NCAA investigators would be very interested in your case.

That has to be the most naive thing I’ve ever read. An $800,000 house, a soupped up car and multiple trips to Vegas, amongst other things. U$C is a joke.

Check the facts. No one involved (not even the people currently suing Bush) ever accused USC of giving Bush any of that. All of that came (allegedly) from NFL agents who hoped to sign Bush after he left school.

No, the most USC has ever been accused of was not knowing that all of that was happening (and should have known). If there was any suggestion that USC did know about it, there is no evidence at all to support that.

Sorry that doesn’t fit in your USC-bashing, but that’s reality.
