College GPA

I know the admissions site states that a HS GPA of 3.5 and up is what they're looking for, but what about reapplying college applicants? I had a 3.52 in a very competitive Texas HS, and in my first quarter of college at the UW I got a 3.33, which is a solid B.

I know they're going to take into consideration my ROTC unit, participation in Regulation Drill, Exhibition Drill, Physical Fitness, and Sail teams with the unit. But what kind of range are they looking for in GPA?

I think they look at colleges a bit differently than HS. Im not entirely sure about NA, but at AFA i know that college experience can only help you (assuming you get a 2.0 or highier and dont fail any classes). Just as long as you take a rigorous schedual, similar to one as you would take first year at NA they will deffinately like that.

For me, i took Chem, Calc II, English and Java III my first year at college and my counselor said that was great - deffinately what you need.

Indeed, as a result my GPA was 3.41 (B Chem (5), B Calc (5), A English (3), and A Java (4)) but they realize that college is not high schol and much harder.

I deffinately think you have a very compeitive post high school report there!
