College transfer

Hi-
I go to a prestigious university in Europe and I failed 6 out of 8 classes these past two semesters. I want to transfer back to either the US or Canada. I was accepted after high school to Concordia University in Montreal but turned it down to go to Europe, however now I am very interested in reapplying. My dilemma is that I do not know if I should mention in my application that I attended the European university with my failing grades or if I should just simply apply as a First Year Student saying that I took a year off and traveled, which is not true.
Is this too risky? Or should I just send in my current transcripts?

I would really appreciate your advice.

I assume Concordia will be like US colleges and require you to send that information. If you don’t (lie by omission) then you risk being kicked out of school later. Be honest and up front.
