<p>UCB - very bright and/or politically active. very, very liberal. the best of the best go here. full of hobos, indie stores, non chain restaurants</p>
<p>UCD - has a reputation of smelling like cows (which I don’t mind because I love cows, they are one of my fave. farm animals)…it seems like UCD is baby Berkeley when it comes to city life, academics, athletics (after all, UCD started out as the UCB barn extension) this is obviously my favorite UC and the only one I applied to. they are very liberal too political wise, but not as much as Berkeley or SC.</p>
<p>UCLA - Heaven in a campus…enough said.</p>
<p>UCSD - the anti-liberal arts and anti-partying school. I am shocked that they even have a good visual arts program.</p>
<p>UCI - lots of Asians, total commuter school (don’t know why because Orange County is really nice) apathetic students.</p>
<p>UCSB - total party school, all the gorgeous people go here, the beach is your backyard…people here seem to have really hot, fit bods.</p>
<p>UCSC - very, very, very liberal and hippy like. I would so not go here because it’s a little secluded and I would be annoyed with all the extreme left ideologies (I’m very moderate)</p>
<p>UCR - ick. just ick.</p>
<p>UCM - just a baby. who am I to judge how it’ll turn out decades from now? I’d rather go here than Riverside anyway just because it’s close to Yosemite mountains.</p>

commuter rates are comparable to the other UCs so this is more or less a myth.</p>

UCSD: Hate Black kids
UCI: Hate Jewish kids
UCSC: Hate sober kids

<p>are there any UC’s that AREN’T commuter schools/-just went to ucla and it’s BEAAUTIFULLLLLLLLLLLLL, but there was nobody on campus!</p>

<p>Apparently right there in Irvine… And Garden Grove, Anaheim, Westminister, Cyprus, Fulleton, Huntington Beach and Santa Ana… There sure are a lot of cities in Orange County…</p>

ehh, in my experience, costa mesa, newport beach, huntington beach and fountain valley are predominantly white. not so sure about tustin or the areas north of irvine though… ehh.</p>
