Should I add them so that colleges can see them or should I just send a second transcript?

By adding those classes, they will lower my HS GPA since they don't give weight to college classes, however, only to APs and Honors.

If they are on your hs transcript, they will not be considered for credit by colleges. Did you take the classes on the college or high school campus?

on the college campus...

Since you took it at the college, most colleges send their own transcript for you, so the colleges receive that, too. So, your HS GPA and your actual GPA aren't the same, if you've taken outside classes. Also, usually, classes that count for college credit are auto 5.0s for an A, so in that case, your "actual" would > your HS one. If you got an A, and if the course you took was college credit. At least, that's how they do it at the programs I've seen/heard about.
Might want to check with the director of that college program class thing.

Don't put them on your high school transcript. They won't then count for credit.
