contacts from Financial office

I'm a transfer applicant and have requested a need-based for Spring 2015 to a small private school.
I'm waiting for the decision which is on around Dec. 6, 2014.

About a week ago, my parents received a mail from Financial aid, requesting my parent's tax related forms.

My question is "do they (admissioners) usually consider the financial aid even when they didn't decide students to accept yet?"

I don't know... in my opinion, I wouldn't even ask students to provide a file if he/she is not qualified to get in...

@vjrakdlfkdlvm It depends on the school policy. Some schools are need-blind for In-state only or domestic student only or for all. Check the admissions website

@Kigzcorp‌ i’m just curious if i got accepted or not… it doesn’t really matter if I don’t get scholarships or not

@vjrakdlfkdlvm Colleges follow up the financials of strong applicants. There is a chance you may have been accepted but not necessarily true.

So they usually see the application/whatever I submitted and consider my financial situations? @Kigzcorp‌
