Continued Interest

I posted this about 3 weeks ago, but I still haven’t gotten any reply back from my territory counselor for my letter of continued interest! It has been a month now since I sent it to her. What should I do? I plan on sending my first semester grades next week since my semester ended today (ended with a 4.25), so should I email her and just say my grades are coming in? I am very nervous she didn’t see it and I really want to be accepted after being deferred. I now have a 4.04 GPA with a 28 ACT in state so I just want to increase my chances even more with this letter/first semester grades.

I chatted with a representative online and they told me that they never received it -___-. So now they told me to email t to the credentials email, and then check back within a week to see if they got it.
