Guyyyys try making an account with the link @115transfer posted ( buff.ly/2hX6zRt )! They said they couldn’t access it, but I’ve made it to the “create profile” part…
Also, what do you think of the Cornell professor’s suggestion that we start using “o” as a gender neutral pronoun?? I feel weird using they, but I don’t know what else to use, so I usually just note on my papers that I use gender neutral pronouns.
@financeguyjames yeah, I got an email telling me to set a password with a PIN number to get into the decision portal, and it said I had 24 hours to do so. Once you sign in there’s a button where you can access the decision - that’s the letter I pasted above
Question - My application was recently sent into review due to admissions losing my transcripts. However, I really need to know what my decision is so I can accept other offers and apply to other schools if need be. Can I call admissions and ask them to give priority to my app? Will doing this affect my decision? I feel like I have an equal chance for being admitted as I do for being rejected. I don’t want this to be the thing that pushes my application into the “rejected zone” as admissions will think I have many other offers and schools to chose from then Cornell. Also, I feel like because they’re so busy, they might be annoyed with my request. What do you guys think? And how does the pin/back-door thing work? Maybe I could do that instead?
Hey everyone, CAS Economics major here. I wanted to ask if it is normal that I still have not received any PIN number nor an e-mail from Cornell… When I check my application status, it indicates that my materials have been received and sent to admissions to review. It has been showing that for a while. Hope the best for everyone!
