Which school in Cornell is friendliest towards transfers?
PLEASE comment in this thread once you get accepted or denied. The wait is killing me lol.

@eceengineer cool thanks
Did anyone fill out and send those financial aid forms out to the College board? Do you have to have them in before decisions?? I never knew they were there until I got my account info.
I swear they’re dragging out the updating of the portal documents…I’ve checked back every day and every couple of days I see a new check get added, even with things I submitted at the same time XD
(Obviously I’m joking but I’m still waiting on them to check off the midterm report…gahh it makes me so nervous lol)
In the financial aid to-do list on the self-service application does initiated mean that it is complete? I did the IDOC following my CSS profiles before the 15th soooo…
P.S. I did have one check mark updated for my checklist this month, lol
Hi guys! I am applying too. I don’t know if this will be helpful, but I sent my application on March 15th, and I got every check on my application about a week later. Cornell emailed me to say they had received everything and forwarded to the school I am applying too.
@jerrythemoose hey I submitted things way before March 15 and am still waiting for my college transcript to be checked off T___T Did you send everything electronically?? I sent everything else electronically so they are checked off. However, my current community college does not do eTranscript so I have no choice. I asked them to just scan the copy and fax it but they said they cannot do that.
@Boroboro I sent all the stuff electronically but also sent paper copies for the transcript and my TOEFL (international student). It’s probably that! I sent some stuff in February and other stuff in Early March so I am not sure how they process things. My TOEFL check did take about a week later than everything else though (I applied the day of the deadline)
@Jakemeister I would reach out to the FA office. Mine said " initiated " and I was still missing documents. so I would either call or email and ask your status, they can tell you best what initiated means.
@jc11211, I just did, and there was one document missing. Thanks for the suggestion!
Does anyone have an idea of when decisions start rolling out?
Guys, I cant access transeval cals cornell edu. Can anyone access? It says, “Applicants will be granted access to this page after receiving their official decision from the University.”
@inception97 mine says the same, we’ll likely have access once decisions are made and we’re notified.
@jc11211 fingers crossed!
I contacted admissions and they stated that all admission material will be processed by the end of next week (4/20). If there is still something missing from your portal, you should get an e-mail telling you such.
There are still two things missing from my portal, both of which I’ve sent weeks ago. Issue is, one of them wasn’t addressed to “Cornell Transfer Admissions” specifically, maybe that’s the hold-up.
@AGoodFloridian Thank you so much! I am still waiting for my college transcript to be checked off. Four other friends from my college are also in the same boat. I am a little nervous! I did tell the school to specifically address down “Cornell Transfer Admissions” though.
Can you guys stop commenting on this thread and stick to the one with 4x as more comments and views pls
