Also it may just be their website today but when i go to the housing portal and hit ‘login without NetID’, it just keeps loading with a white screen. Usually it takes me to “session timeout or incorrect login”, anyone else getting the same white screen on this page?
There is the tweet from Cornell IT that might answer your question:”Many IT services affected by issue in CIT Server Farm today 11/13, for complete list view here:

It’s my guess that a small wave of decisions will be released tomorrow, and next week (11/21) is when the first “big” wave of decisions will be released
I’ve been dying to hear from me as well… I’m trying to get into CALS as a communication major and I’ve called and described my essays to them which the cousellor actually told me my essay should be pretty strong, but not hearing back from them by 10 am today makes me so so nervous. No joke. The anxiety is real. Cornell is like my dream school… but I know if I can’t get in I just can’t. Sigh.
current college: small college at Franklin
International student from Hong Kong
Ielts 7.5
Major now and hopefully at Cornell: COMMUNICATION
college GPA: 4.0
I graduated one semester earlier
I got a scholarship from my college
I’m the fundraising chair, PR director of several clubs and asso at my College
I’m a writing tutor
A DJ and newscaster for a year at my college
I’m the social media manager of a NGO
I’ve done two PR internships for a total of 4 to 5 months
I’ve done a lot of volunteering hours at Red Cross and in back in Hong Kong
I volunteered in Food Pantries and all that…
I’ll say my personal statement and writing supp are okay… better than average probs.
Ugh it’s just so frustrating not hearing back from them today.
I mean does submitting my application late (like just before the deadline on October 14th) make my application weak and will lead to a later recieval of the decision results?
I’ve submitted all the required arterial sto Cornell before Oct 20th though…
And I’ve got 2 pretty strong recommendation from my communication and English honors Professor, 1 fair or average recommendation from my advisor and 1 recommendation letter from the Dean of Business
I think we’re all playing the waiting game now, CALS should definitely be one of the first to hear if last year’s thread is any indication. Good luck to y’all!
