Courses Discontinued! :O HELP!

I had a lovely schedule worked up at the end of last year and I was mailed confirmation of it earlier this summer.

I was taking:
English IV
Statistics (already took through Cal AB, but HATED Cal AB!)
Biology II (already have physics and chem)
Government (1 semester)
Economics (other semester)
Aca Dec
Humanities
Psychology (1 semester)
Sociology (other semester)

What they gave me today:
English IV
Biology II
Government/Economics
Aca Dec
Humanities
OFFICE AIDE (WHAT!?)
CAL BC (I HATED AB SO MUCH! & it has the same teacher)

Does anyone have any recommendations of classes that look good on applications I can try to get instead? My school probably doesn't offer them but I'm open to suggestions.

Also, I was taking just about every single AP class offered and, since they discontinued this class, I'll be down an AP test (of the relatively few available) and it's against school policy to excuse a child for an AP test if that child has not taken the class for the test (I'm trying to negotiate a way to study on my own, but it doesn't look promising).

Is there any way I can let a college know that I would've liked to take more intensive classes w/o sounding like a you know what.

Would studying on my own impress colleges, or not be worth the effort?

I was really looking forward to statistics and psychology/sociology, too. This is the thing I've been most disappointed with my school about since it's terrible selection of foreign languages (Spanish or... Spaneesh), which I dragged through for 3 miserable years. Btw, don't suggest any foreign languages if you are kind enough to respond.

Can you take the classes at a nearby college or university or can you do an independent study contract with a teacher? I would try to get out of Office Aide if you can. Can you contact your school counselor now to figure out a plan?

The only AP test I have left to take that my school offers that I'm not in line for (since this has been dicontinued) is Chem II. I want to go to a business school (first choice) or liberal arts school (second choice) so Chem has no relation to my majors and I know I won't do as good as I will in Bio II.

I already emailed the counselor and will talk to her Wednesday. School hasn't started yet, I just went in to get my ID made and such. The only nearby college that my school works with is a really poor county junior college that does an English program that isn't as good as the AP English at the highschool that I've already tested out of with my English III AP exam.

I guess I'll just throw in an extra science (which would mean I'll have taken nearly all the AP tests my district offers, and long exhausted all the classes that carry prestige or apply in any way toward my interests) and hide all the extension cords toward the end of the semester. School, why must you hate me?

I'm thinking maybe I should have saved some good classes from junior year because they all want to see the senior schedule.

What about an online class?

Take a period off and go work, at a research lab or possibly for spare money.

Take it easy? I'll have a free period 1 semester and a study hall all of next (senior) year, although I will be self studying a couple APs in that time. Learn something unrelated to schoolwork?

Online classes are great, but my main problem here is that I need to fill periods and I've already exhausted almost all of the ap classes and other interesting classes so I've got to resort to taking classes that don't interest me and don't relate to my major (cal bc and chem II) or classes like Office Aide that don't look very good.

They do offer a period of early off, and I do have a job and I play lead guitar and songwrite for a local band, but since I won't be able to take my brother home if I do early off, my parents said they wont pay for my gas and I live about 12 miles from the school so I'd be back to riding the bus pretty soon and you have to forfeit your early off if you stay on campus after your classes are over, which I would need to do to ride the bus. I've got explanations for why all of this worked out so badly (because you're probably sitting at your computer going "12 miles!? o.O does this kid live on a farm?" and i assure you i dont) but I'm sure you don't want to read it all.

Thanks for the ideas though. :)

Wow this sucks.
