I'm applying to Stanford, Princeton, Caltech, and some local universities for safeties. Thoughts and opinions are appreciated! Thanks

you have an above average shot at stanford. An average shot at Princeton and Caltech.

Check out the "official decision" threads for the three and try to judge where you fit in.

You might also want to apply to some schools between Stanford/Princeton/Caltech and local universities. Places like U Chicago, Harvey Mudd, LACs, etc. can give you (almost) as good (in my opinion) of an education and are less selective.

princeton, caltech, and stanford are probably slight reach and reach for you.
Your gpa is good, but your test scores are mediocre, especially your chem sat ii. Your low amc 12 score may count against you too.

700 is not mediocre (perhaps slightly below average for an applicant at these schools). 115 will not count against you. 5 on AIME is something to be very proud of.

I can just submit my AIME score without my AMC score then, right?

IMHO it would look a little funny to not include the AMC score with the AIME score since they know you have to have the AMC to take the AIME. You have a good shot at all 3 schools, especially CalTech I think, but they are all reaches. You should definately apply to things between those 3 and safeties. You could definately get into a top 20-30ish school.

Your stats are as good as any entering freshman at Princeton, Stanford or CalTech but you're definitely going to want to apply to same safer schools than those. Admissions at the upper levels are too random to be predictable.

It seems odd to make a post like this on thisa of all weeks. Just read the threads for acceptances at youre schools. Pleanty with your stats got in, pleanty didn't. Just make the most of what you have, threow in the app and hope you come out on the winning side.

"pleanty" indeed.

I doubt it. amc 12 is quite low level. I go to a public school and around 200 students managed to get over 100 with many of them getting the 130s and 140s. I myself did quite poorly 115. anyways, even with a 130, it hardly sets you apart from other applicants. and getting 5 right on the aime would only place you in about the top 5% for math and your chem score is definately much lower than the average applicant. I don't mean to discourage you, but be sure to apply to some UCs because those schools are definately mid to high reaches.
btw, is that international high IQ membership worht anything to colleges? Doesn't it just cost $50 and passing a simple logic test to join the club?

yeah I'm wondering too if the international high IQ society means anything...but I'm pretty sure that MENSA membership would be valuable
