BLAHHH
i feel so bad
im going to have to redo it
11:05....
i used to could do it in 7 minutes -____-
what happened to me?!?!?!

Do you want us to answer that?

Dude 11 minute mile?..

Um, you’re going to re-run the mile because of five seconds?

^^^ lol 6th grade I got like a 12 min mile. So out of shape. I’ve basically halfed that.

■■■■■. My mile is pathetic compared to 11:00. I suck.

High school happened! All that stress and obsessing has messed with your psyche, while a busy schedule of studying hard and partying harder has restricted you from getting any exercise.

That sucks though. I hate distance running.

I think you can power walk a 10 minute mile.

lolol at the person who called a mile “distance running”.

I nearly finish the mile before you are halfway done

/end brag

^ Also, I was thinking about your name today and how it actually means something else

…

I’m obese, and I run an 8:30, what the hell do you run?

How. Do. You. Run. Worse. Than. 9:00. I. Do. Not. Understand.

Matt NC
maybe you are “obese” because the “fat” is actually muscle and the BMI doesnt take this into account

I do. You don’t run; you walk. The teachers here don’t give a ****.

^^No I’m clearly fat… there’s not a doubt in my mind.
^How does that discourse your statement. You say your mile is terrible in context with another person who tried on their mile. What’s your time on a “tried” mile?

You could have short, stubby legs.

^^About 15:00 or so. I usually run for a little than walk a lot then run some more. Sorry that I’m not as in shape as the rest of you.
^Yes, my legs are kind of short. I’m only 5’1" and a half.

Not everyone is a runner. If the OP is serious, then I suggest she run as much as she can, walk if she absolutely has to, and then continue running.

Just stick with it. Once you start, don’t stop!

Or just powerwalk, which is what I do when I don’t feel like putting any effort into it.
