@Frostbite1998 CONGRATS
congrats
Has anyone gotten a likely letter in TX?
Congrats everyone who received a LL!! @Frostbite1998 did you receive a physical mail or an email?
Has anyone else received a likely letter recently? does not receiving LL means little chance of acceptance?
Congrats everyone who received a LL!
Copying and pasting from another thread I commented on bc this seems to be a recurring theme in all Ivy League discussion threads:
Stop worrying about likely letters, y’all.
Few applicants overall get them. Just because you don’t get one, doesn’t mean you won’t get in. FAR MORE get in WITHOUT likely letters than do with.
@XoXdreamerXoX is correct. Likely letters are rare. Wonderful, but rare. Not getting one says squat about your chances. Just means you have to wait. I know that’s hard, and I sympathize. But don’t add to your stress by worrying about the absence of something that not that many people receive.
“LL”… All true relative to expectations and impact… HOWEVER, I am ASLO curious as to the answer to the first/core question since most often they do come in waves:
“Has anyone else received a likely letter RECENTLY?”
Do people receive likely letters in mail or by email?
^^Dartmouth sends them through the mail. At least they did last year.
@BureaCat They’ve been coming by physical mail this year.
@frenchtoastlover thanks!
Good luck, everyone! I hope you love Dartmouth as much as I do (I applied and was accepted early, still can’t believe it haha), so I hope you all hear good news. I can’t wait to meet some of you next year!
No problem, @BureaCat.
Wondering if anyone had applied for a Mathematics major and has got a LL?
Does anybody know when decisions will be coming out? Thanks
