^and yeah, I feel you on the chocolate hype.

I would probably go from least favourite to favourite - Cornell, UPenn, Dartmouth, Princeton (If I thought I was going to get accepted to VIPER at UPenn it would have been 2nd last… but highly unlikely) xP

@sdorkyi,
what all ivies did you apply to?

@rew2402

You truly have more self control than I do. I can’t imagine knowing that my decision is available and not checking it.

I’ve already asked my boss at work not to schedule me on the 28th, because I know I’m going to be anxious to the point of unproductivity. :eek:

So do you guys think the portals will all open at the same time? 5pm EST, yeah?

@PO
Probably unless they state otherwise… I just don’t want to have to wait till 11pm my time :/

basketballer
Dartmouth and Brown are my first choices.

@rew, I applied to all of them except Cornell. Ironically, the only application I feel sort of good about is Harvard’s. Princeton was a mistake - shouldn’t have applied there. I royally messed up my Yale supplement. And like I said, I really wanted to love Dartmouth, and then Greek life happened… so there’s all that.

Anyway, long story short, I’m expecting a lot of rejections.

Well, Dartmouth is my first choice by a long margin.
And, to be honest Greek life alone is not a strong enough reason to not like D.

yes it is >.>

@PO it’s 5PM EDT, not EST:p

My choice would be surely the order in which I get their emails. I am optimistic but I haven’t got my hopes up because I don’t want to fret over the rejections.

@rew Which LACs have you applied to?

@everyone Honestly, I have never considered Greek life as an issue at all! There will always be another way around:)

I applied to every Ivy, lol. xD

Ha-ha… Many do. If I had money and time, I’d have applied to all the Ivies too. lol.

@sdorkyi, touche- about D :)

@hopingforbetter- i applied to Willams, Amherst, Middlebury, Oberlin

I have no clue which one I am going to check first, and this is actually something I have been thinking about!

Dartmouth is 100% my dream school, first choice, etc. I would go there in a heartbeat if I was accepted, but I feel that my scores are not high enough. The only other ivy I applied to was Cornell. I feel like I have a better shot at an acceptance there. I guess we will see.

I applied to a few of the top LACs (Georgetown, Notre Dame, etc) and also CMU. I was accepted REA to my realistic first choice in December, Boston College.

March 28th cannot come any sooner.

@gibbons, Gtown and Notre Dame are both universities, not LACs

also, congrats on BC! I am anxiously awaiting the infamous “tab change” on the portal, haha. I visited in the fall and loved it - what a gorgeous campus, and the students I met were so nice.

hey yall, im a differed EDer to Dartmouth and also was differed ED2 to tufts, bit sick of that lol just thought id check in

It seems that the only colleges I’m waiting for are Yale, Princeton and Dartmouth.

If they don’t accept me, I won’t care. I’m mentally prepared. ^_^

I’m still waiting for NW (hopefully, this week), CMU (I live close enough to get it in the mail this week), Penn, Dartmouth, and Columbia.

Out of all of them, I truthfully say that I would only be upset if I dont get a good Penn’s decision. With all the hoops that Penn made me jump through, I’d be really ticked off if I don’t get in.

@thechor, what hoops would those be?
