My daughter accidentally discovered she had been accepted to UT Austin (we expected an answer some time in March).
When can we expect FA offer?

Congratulations on your D’s acceptance.
Based on your other threads it seems she won’t qualify for need based aid. Merit is very competitive and I’m not sure much goes to OOS students. Did she apply to an Honors program? Forty acres interviewees have already been notified AFAIK.
Her aid package might already be in her portal/sent to her UT email address. Has she set up her portal account and looked?
@Mwfan1921 can a student set up his portal without having accepted his spot? I just asked my son and he said he didn’t think that he could. Please advise.
That’s not typically how portals work, why don’t you ask your question on the main UT Austin thread. http://talk.qa.collegeconfidential.com/university-texas-austin/2138352-university-of-texas-at-austin-class-of-2024-admissions-preparation.html#latest
…Actually it looks like your financial aid award should show up under the financial aid tab in your “MY Status” account. After perusing all the information for admitted students we cannot find an option telling us to set up a portal. I was concerned we were missing something.
with that income and those assets, what sort of aid are you expecting?
What did the Net Price Calculator indicate?
What is your FAFSA EFC?
OP wrote that his EFC per FAFSA was $107,000 per twin.
Not sure what sort of “financial aid” he is waiting for…maybe merit?
