English: Pretty easy overall.
Math: Plug-in-able, so it was easy.
Reading: Had to guess for 3 questions thanks to time limit.
Science: Went way better than expected.

I’m just an incoming freshman, so it doesn’t matter what I get.

English: Still unsure of what to think of it. Thought it was slightly difficult.
Math: Hard as usual, thinking I did worse on it this go-round.
Reading: Pretty good until the end – when I ran out of time and had to guess.
Science: Better than what I was anticipating.

English - easier than RB practice tests
Math - much easier than RB practice tests
Reading - much, much harder than RB
Science - same difficulty as the tests in the RB.

Overall: decent… but reading will kill my composite. :(

I’m pretty sure I got a perfect score on science; if not, I got like 2 wrong.

For some reason the Math was SO ANNOYING to me.

English got me mad too. I got a 35 in English the first time I took the ACT with no prep, and I think it was a fluke because today I had a good 5 or 6 questions I was unsure about.

Any internationals here who took the ACT?
I took it for the first time today and it went surprisingly well. I heard a lot of people say time is a huge issue on the ACT, but I found it strangely easy to manage time. The English section went particularly well; I finished about 10 minutes early. Same goes for reading. If only I could’ve used that time for the Science section-that was the one section I nearly ran out of time for, with 1 minute left for 3 questions. But all was well in the end Hopefully my scores won’t be too abysmal.

On the math section there was one of those intersecting line questions and it formed 3 triangles. You had to find an unknown angle, I guessed 47*. What did you guys put?

Prediction: 28 or 29
Goal: 32+
Retake: took it once, got 31

Felt like I did ok in math, English, and science but reading was very tough for me. I was sick so that didn’t really help but overall felt okay about it.

I got a 31,32,34 with (11,12,10 essay). I actually didn’t want to take it this time but they wouldn’t refund my money since I already signed up, so I ended up taking it.

I COULD (possibly) end with a 35 superscore, however.

Hi I’m an international, and I took the ACT for the first time. (I took the SAT in the past but it didn’t work for me)
Did way better on the English and Science section than on practice tests. For some reason I got nervous and did worse on math than usual geez me and my Asian rep.
The highest I’ve scored on a practice test is a 29, hopefully by some miracle I get a 30+.
Hey, do very few people take the December ACT? 'Cause at my test center, there were only like, 9 people lol. Come on Japan :P
