<p>"Performance on Standardized Tests
We do not have minimum score requirements; however, the strongest admitted students have earned highly competitive scores on the SAT and/or the ACT exams. Northeastern considers the writing portion of the SAT/ACT exams in our admission decisions."</p>

NHS, all honors and 4 APs this yr
Strong ECs
A lot of community service and volunteering at local hospital for junior and senior yr.
some sports, but nothing major
4.2 GPA , class rank 18 in a class of 345</p>

<p>I was curious as to whether being in a specific region in the US and/or certain ethnicity help me chance wise.</p>

<p>On the freshman profile, it says 5% of freshmen are from the west. and on collegeboard, it says 9% are reported as being asian.</p>

<p>I am asian and from the west coast, will this aid/hinder my chances?</p>
