my D still has audition as being needed so I will take that as no news is good news at this point -hoping she still is in the mix.

Mail came. Nothing. No news is good news!

I auditioned for Ithaca on February 2nd during the afternoon session of NYC Unified Auditions held in Nola Studios and my audition just moved today to the “What We Have Received” column. Also noting that the last round of auditions were held this past weekend I guess decisions should be underway.

Congrats to md311mt, monkey13 and their talented children!

Just got accepted to Ithaca’s MT program! I auditioned at Chicago Unifieds. Good luck/congrats to everyone!

Congratulations! Did you get a letter in the mail?

My audition just moved over tonight, I auditioned at the LA unifieds. Now the wait begins…

Mine moved over as well last night. But no change in major or colored strip or anything. I wonder what the usual timeline is from peoples moving over to getting their letter and decision being posted on myithaca.

I think everyone’s timeline is a little different.
My son’s audition moved over on Feb 19th and his yellow bar popped up
On Feb 27th. He still has not received his package in the mail but we live in the west.
Good Luck!!!

Auditioned in Chicago and audition is still under what we need. Admissions told me that the audition moves over when they receive the audition results from the theatre department…then they make their final decision and send out.

My daughter auditioned at the NY unifieds and received her acceptance to the MT program at the beginning of last week. It came regular mail.

Still waiting to hear from a couple of more schools.

Congratulations to your daughter, MNMTMOM.

Ooh ooh ooh, a big white envelope from Ithaca came for my son today. They wouldn’t be messing with us by sending another brochure or something in an envelope, would they? I texted him to call home ASAP!

good thoughts prodesse-I work late tonight but my D is stopping home after rehearsal…hopefully she will have one too!

Prodesse, did his status change on myithaca?? Or did the letter come first? Late afternoon mail delivery here…and no status change online for my son…so nervous!!

No status change on myithaca, but about a week ago the audition went into the “what we have” column. Ithaca is one of his top choices. I wish he’d call me, school is out now but he has to stay for a rehearsal. Thank goodness I have such a nice group of Internet moms to be nervous with!

Prodesse, our envelope was big, and it was a yes. I could read the word “Ready” in big letters through the white envelope. Not that I was peeking, mind you. Good luck!!!

Argh isn’t it crazy-making??

We are on spring break, so my son and I are both actually home…about to leave for town and probably no mail delivery yet (our mailbox is half a mile from the noise)…he’s spent the day playing video games, while I’ve been mostly haunting CC!! I know he’s nervous too, but I’m more psycho at this point. _ Have fun watching your son open that big envelope! :)

I hope that envelope is good news! This is a crazy time.

My daughter was is a down mood yesterday about friend issues, so I cheered her up by reading her some the Mom and Dad crazy waiting posts. She was rolling around on the couch laughing so hard tears were coming from her eyes. She thought we sounded like teenagers ourselves. She had no idea how much we are affected my all this! I was glad for the opportunity to distract her.

MtDancerMom-glad we can help and give her a good laugh. My D is holding it together pretty well about finding out…but I’m the planner and not as go with the flow. Obviously I would never make it in the theatrical field since I have to know things now. Best of luck to her.
