yeahyeah, I saw a lot of posts up there, but I think I am in little different situation.
I understand that they pick people on computer. Well. So a HUMAN read it at least in a month. right? most of people in here say that they got decision in at least 3 weeks.
Well, I applied emgineering schoo in middle of October. Right after I applied, it said Deferred - Manual Review Req. And It STILL says it!!!
IT'S FOURTH MONTH THAT I HAVE Deferred - Manual Review Req.
Did they accidentally drop my application on the floor?
Is there any one like me?

I am going little crazy~~! as time goes by lol

I think you should either called them or send an e-mail to check whether the decision is made. My guess is that the admission officer has forgotten to update your status.

it definitely doesn't take four months to change that status. im sure they could give you your admissions decision over the phone, if you haven't tried that already. my app was complete last friday (finallllly) so im hoping to hear within a week! bc apparently alot of ppl had their 'deferred-manual review required' thing changed to admit after their transcript was received.

I did e-mail them, and they are telling me that my application is in the normal process of review by the appropriate college personnel. I think I haved waited enough but I don't know.. it's really odd..//

well.. calling would be the best/fastest/easiest way to find out.

My status was also "Deffered-manual review," but it was only one week till i got my decision (recieved jan 6th, admitted jan 13)
Hm.. yea you should definately contact them.

Not unusual for engineering. It tends to hold off on a lot of applicants, particularly any that may be somewhat close to borderline, until after after the application deadline (Jan 1) and then compare all that are left to determine which to admit. Likely you will be notified by early Fevruary.
